A power outage of any duration is always unsettling. When you have a loved one on continuous oxygen, it can go from unsettling to a life-or-death situation of concern. The team assembled by Palmer Electric installed our home stand-by generator during the most unforgiving of CNY 2026 Winter conditions. In addition to staying past dark in the elements outside to get the job done, attention was paid to delivering a creative, safe and aesthetically pleasing solution for the electrical work inside that needed to run through the finished portion of our basement. We are very thankful for Palmer going the extra mile to ensure our house is prepared for whatever Mother Nature may bring us.

Palmer Electrical came today and replaced a switch in the hallway. Carter Bouchard was extremely experienced and professional. I will definitely call Palmer electric if I have any other issues in my house

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Rachael was my technician. She was very professional. She explained everything she was doing and what my electrical issues were, Apparently, when the house was built (or sometime after), the wiring for 2 of my kitchen sockets was done incorrectly. She corrected the problem I would not hesitate to call Palmer Electric again for service. Thank you.

My experience with Palmer Electric was great from start to finish! They were able to come out the very first day I called with the problem. Thereafter, they were efficient in providing a proposal and completing the work. The work crew of Alex, Rachel, Carter and Conor was highly professional and very pleasant. They worked both indoors and outdoors under trying, wintry conditions for 2 full days to complete the job. Throughout that time, they were patient, calm, and answered clearly any questions we had. We would definitely use them again.

I needed an electrician to come to my house during a basement remodel. Palmer Electric was able to come the very morning I called! The electrician was pleasant and addressed the urgent concerns I had. While he was there the remodel crew needed some electrical work done and he was able to coordinate with them to make arrangements to address the situation.

Palmer Electricians sent an excellent electrician. I am very grateful for the work and thoughtfulness of Rachel Cramer. She not only fixed the one problem she came to do but she checked other related issues and things that never worked now work.
